At MixyServer, we prioritize the privacy and security of our developers, creators, and security researchers. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, handle, and safeguard your data when using the platform, in complete compliance with safe digital practices and the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, of India.

1. Information Collection & Minimal Use

We believe in absolute data minimization. We only collect basic information required to facilitate user accounts and control access to premium vaults. Specifically:

Account Profiles: When you register on the portal, we store your name, email address, username, and secure password hashes (e.g. via bcrypt).
Wallet & Transactions: To log tool unlock purchases, we record transaction amount, transaction ID/UTR references, and status. We never collect or store raw debit/credit card details or net banking credentials; all checkouts are performed via UPI dynamic gateways.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

As a private tech resource repository, we strictly do not collect, process, or ask for sensitive official government records, including:

Aadhaar Card numbers or scans.
PAN Card details.
Direct banking login codes, PINs, or card CVVs.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

We use standard session cookies and browser local storage to maintain your logged-in state, keep track of active downloads, and optimize visual configuration settings (e.g. saving interface states). These cookies do not track your activity across third-party websites.

4. Third-Party Integrations & Redirection

Our resources may contain links to external developer spaces (such as GitHub, Telegram, YouTube channels, or project websites). Once you leave MixyServer, our Privacy Policy no longer applies, and we recommend reading the respective third-party privacy statements.

5. Security Controls

MixyServer implements industry-standard data encryption protocols (HTTPS/SSL) to protect all communications between your browser and our servers. Access logs are continuously monitored to block malicious attempts or unauthorized account hacking.

6. Your Rights & Deletion Request

You have full authority over your registered profile. You can modify your account credentials at any time, or contact our support team to request a permanent deletion of your profile history and associated data.
