Welcome to MixyServer. By accessing, downloading, or utilizing any of the codes, guides, tools, or courses made available on this website, you explicitly agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them thoroughly before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Access Limit

Your access to and use of MixyServer resources is conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these provisions, deploy automated scraping scripts, or violate user access policies.

2. Educational & Ethical Auditing Use Disclaimer

All materials hosted on MixyServer—including ethical hacking courses, security testing tools, passive OSINT scripts, and APK reverse-engineering walkthroughs—are provided strictly for educational and authorized security testing purposes. You agree that:

You will not use any tools or knowledge acquired from MixyServer to perform illegal operations, network attacks, or unauthorized penetration testing.
MixyServer, its founder Priyabrata Malik, and its operators accept no liability for any damage, data loss, or legal consequences resulting from the misuse of our published scripts or information.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The code structures, custom UI kits, and content templates designed and published by MixyServer are the intellectual property of MixyServer. While you are free to download, modify, and utilize the code templates for personal projects and learning, you are strictly prohibited from reselling or repackaging our code as commercial software under the MixyServer name without written authorization.

4. VIP Unlocks & Wallet Refund Policy

MixyServer offers a VIP Membership upgrade and paid resource downloads. These transactions are finalized through UPI network verification. Specifically:

Wallet balance deposits and tool unlocks are lifetime purchases, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
Manual UTR/UPI validation can take up to 24 hours depending on network confirmation times.

5. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected directly on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of the platform constitutes agreement to the updated Terms.
